What is the minimum order for custom caps?
Most Collection and Cap Studio bulk orders start at 50 caps. Team personalization can start lower under its own rules.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. The current offer is 3 identical samples for $99.00 with shipping included.
What patch types do you make?
Embroidered, PVC, woven, printed, sublimated, leather and woven labels inside Patch Studio.
Can I see a sample before full production?
Yes. After the advance is verified, we produce the sample, share photos/proofs and handle revisions. Once you approve the final sample, full production begins from that exact approved revision. The remaining balance is requested after final production photos are published.
How do payments work temporarily?
We send an external payment link for the requested amount. You pay there and provide the receipt for admin verification. The architecture is ready for an API-based provider later.
