What is your minimum order for custom caps?

Collection and Cap Studio bulk orders generally start at 50 caps. Team personalization can have different minimums.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. The current sample offer is 3 identical custom samples for $99.00 with shipping included.

Do you help with artwork?

Yes. Upload what you have or send a reference and our team can help prepare the design for production.

How are payments handled right now?

After review, we send a payment request using our temporary external payment link. You can upload the receipt for verification in the order workflow.
